I am trying to run 1964 and project 64 on a windows xp system, with service pack 2 and a 3dfx voodoo 3 graphocs card and I cannot get a rom to run, it tells me that the plugin wont work! I have downloaded all the plugins i can find but still no luck can anyone give any advice please?

You need to use a 3DFX API compatible plugin, as that VooDoo cards API it's dead since many years, OpenGL & Direct3D have become the industry standards now so the video cards and software only support that: conclusion, ·DFX support it's only seen in homebrew development like the emulation scene.

You need to use the Glide64 plugin (http://emulator-zone.com/doc.php/n64/n64plugins.html) for this emus. Also any UltraHLE emulator derivate like UltraHLE 2064 support 3DFX video cards
