MVC2 frames stuck at 3

i just DLed Marvel Vs Capcom 2 and when i load it for some reason the framerate is stuck at 3 and wont go anyhigher

wat should i do to make it go higher to atleast its normal rate

What emulator are you using?

Are you sure it's MVC2?

I suppose it's the DC version.

Use the + and - keys to overclock/underclock the DC SH4 CPU, you might get a little more frames. Also make sure you've the "Capcom Hack" option enabled in Chankast

yeah im an idiot didnt kno about the capcom hack there >.<
