Help with playin neo geo games on mame

i have MAME32 0.99 n i want to play neo geo games with it, i have the bios for it and everything and it still doesnt work, n e suggestions?

What message Mame32 reports when you try to load a game you think you got?
You might be missing some Roms and it will tell you which ones
