Games on GBA

There are certain GBA roms that I don't understand how I would play...
Like Boktai... Everytime I load it up it says... "Sun Censor Broken".
Or Wario Ware Twisted... Normally you would have to tip your GBA in different directions... How do I play these roms on my PC???

Theres patches that ca correct those problems. Sorry but i dont know where to find them.
