DELTA PROBLEM

when i'm inastalling delta emulator he needs to insert gete open gl, where to copy this file where can recognize and complete installing??????

I think this is in the wrong place here...

Delta is an emulator frontend/launcher so in other words the plugin needs to go in the "plugins" directory of the emulator, not Delta.

I suggest using ePSXe.
