I'm talking about playing Sega Genesis games on Dreamcast.

Do you know of any good homebrew emus with sound?

Oh, now this is different to what you asked before :p

Take a look at THIS (http://www.megagames.com/dc/dc_emulators.shtml#DCGenerator), but I'm not sure if it has sound.
