Hi. Where can I get the latest cheat.dats for NeorageX?

I am using NeorageX v0.9c.

NeoRageX it's discontinued since 1999 plus 0.9c it's a hack, so I suggest you using an updated emu like Mame, Kawaks or Nebula. You'll easily find cheats for those, specially using the Universe Bios which have its own database (who knows if would work on NeoRageX)
