Hi. I use Neo-Mame 32k v1.0 to play my Neo-geo arcade games. When I downloaded King of Fighters 2002 and extracted it every single file was in ROM format.
Neo-Mame requires these files to be in .BIN format and this is what it is expecting:
265-p2.bin NOT FOUND
265-m1.bin NOT FOUND
265-v1.bin NOT FOUND
265-v2.bin NOT FOUND
265-c1.bin NOT FOUND
265-c2.bin NOT FOUND
265-c3.bin NOT FOUND
265-c4.bin NOT FOUND
265-c5.bin NOT FOUND
265-c6.bin NOT FOUND
265-c7.bin NOT FOUND
265-c8.bin NOT FOUND
Am I supposed to convert these ROM files into BIN files or is there a KOF2002 rom out there that has these BIN files?
I'm not asking where to get the rom I just want to know if it exists or not.
By the way, I've already tried getting this to work using NeoRagex 0.9c and of course it didn't.

Mame load Roms by CRC when the names doesn't match. You only need to rename the Roms if you like it, or if want to force roms loading, no need to rename anything if the Roms are correct.
About NeoGeo Roms, there's no difference on .bin or .rom files unless the C or V were encrypted and the .rom were old and currently not supported sets.

I tried renaming the ROMs but the CRC's are incorrect. I got it working with NeorageX now.
Every once in a while the game will go into turbo mode and I've got to press "9" on my keyboard to set it back to normal.
Is there anyway to fix this or is it a glitch in the emulator?

Make sure you aren't using the "9" key or haven't mapped other as "Throttle".
'TAB' - Toggle in/out to system menu (Key redefenition etc)
'1' - start 1 player game
'2' - start 2 player game
'3' - Coin1/Select
'4' - Coin2/Select
'5' - Volume -
'6' - Volume +
'7' - Record sound output
'8' - Show/Hide frames/Sec
'9' - Full throttle (ON/OFF)
'0' - Save preview shot (8-bit only)
'F1' - Reset (Toggle in/out to MVS-settings)
'F2' - Audio Setting (ADPCM/FM/OFF)
'F3' - 8/16-bit audio output
'F4' - Audio channels (MONO/STEREO)
'F5' - 8/16-bit colordepth
'F6' - Scanlines (ON/50%/OFF)
'F7' - Interpolation (ON/OFF)
'F8' - Edge enhancement (ON/OFF)
'F9' - Take Screenshot
'F11' - Save state menu
'F12' - Load state menu
'ESC' - Hmmmm... what might this key do?
You're probably using a hack of NeoRageX, so bugs are expected btw

By the way, does anybody have this file?
265-m1d.bin
CRC(f6fab859) SHA1(0184aa1394b9f9946d610278b53b846020dd88dc)
I really need it. It's the only file I am missing. Then I will be able to play kof2k2nd in Mame32k 0.84u2.
If you have it and are will to share send it to my email: ugodzero@yahoo.com.

Hi. Thanks but I have the real kof2002 rom. All I need is this bios file:
sp1.jipan.1024 131072 bytes CRC(9fb0abe4)
131072 bytes
SHA1(18a987ce2229df79a8cf6a84f968f0e42ce4e59d
Which I cannot find anywhere. Is it somewhere on that website because I looked all over it. Maybe I missed it or something.
