can I use the Gameboy Player?

Can I use it to transfer files to my Flash cart? as I have only a DS and I am going to go buy either a GBA or GPB to transfer the files to the flash cart and I would rather be able to play my GBA games on my TV too :D

You can't tranfer files to a flash card that is in a GBP.
