how do i use one of the arcade systems on here??

sry for soundin stupid but i never played or had one of these before, and i was just wonderin whats the best one to use and how do i use it?? and are here any games here for it?

well i don't use any arcade emus but alot of people use MAME. and no thier are NO games, roms or any other copyrighted material on this site.

Emulators are programs that use the PC hardware to act like other system, like arcade boards or consoles. But the hardware without software it's useless, so we need the ROMs, which are the software: The raw data content of the CDs, cartridges or chips on the arcade boards. This are just the games.

Well, Mame it's the most important arcade emulation project, so this should be a good start. Specially Mame32 which it's easier to use. You need to download it (http://emulator-zone.com/doc.php/arcade/mame.html), then extract the contents somewhere.

Once you got the emulator, you need ROMs to be emulated so you can play the games, but here we can't provide any links to download them, so use google, the P2P software, etc.

i have downloaded mame 0.98 but i didint know how to work it, and what are the name of the game files to play on mame.

Make sure that you download MAME32 0.98, not MAME 0.98. As for the games , we can't help you that but hope you can find them though Google! (http://www.google.com/) :cool:
