try compressing the file with winrar and then use any file host that will let you upload a file of the size you will get when you file is compressed then send your cousin a link to the file. you don't have to compress it but if you want your cousin to be able to download it faster then compress. you know, think of your cousin and be nice by compressing it.

Make a torrent file with BitComet and send the torrent to him. That's the easiest way.

you can try yousendit (http://www.yousendit.com/) or megaupload (http://www.megaupload.com/).
yousendit allows up to 1gig files to be uploaded
megaupload allows 500megs.

you can use whichever one you want they both give you a link except yousendit only keeps the file up for 7 days if people DL the file or not.
thats why i said compress with with winrar.

you can also use what butters suggested.
