is there any good emu with cheat db like p64 for n64?

You can enter cheats on the ePSXe cheats folder, but it's not too easy if you ask me

it works
dl the new pec then install and select your plugin folder...
start pec, start emu, load the pec plugin (as video plugin), select a cheat in pec
, run the iso/cd
