dvd stickin

i have a dvd copy and it sticks i was wanderin if there are any program 2 fix the stickin on the dvd

does any body have any help for my problem
the dvd is ok most of the way but near the end 45mins to go it starts to jump and u cant watch it i have the same problem with other dvd aswell

is the dvd scratched and is it pirated?

Usually theres not much you can do but try wipping it with a clean cloth.

no it a real backup not scratched or pirate
the real one got scratched that y i use the backup
