having a bit of troubles

i downloaded mame32 recently and i got metal slug (filename: mslug) and i put it in the roms directory, but when i double-clicked the game, the loading screen came up showing several files necessary that i was missing and wouldn't run the game. what files am i missing here, and where do i get them?

these are the files it says are missing for metal slug - super vehicle-001

sfix.sfx NOT FOUND
sp-s2.sp1 NOT FOUND
sm1.sm1 NOT FOUND
000-lo.lo NOT FOUND

You need the "neogeo.zip" bios.
