As you said, it's better if you make an ISO and run it with your HD using the virtual drive tool, just in case try using Pete OpenGL for video.
A good way to get more speed is disabling sound, but most of the games suck with out sound.
Don't forget to download the latest Direct X

For your PC specs, you need to use P.E.Op.S GPU plugin for graphic to make things better.
Then, make an ISO and run the emulator with an ISO, as RockY said earlier.
Good luck!
Update :
If this doesn't work, then you had adjust the FPS to more faster due the your PC specs is not fast enough to play 3D games. So, activate Frame Limit and set the FPS to 60 and above.
Okay, time to get some rest. ;)

i have follow what you've said still no luck..
the game just gain a little bit faster but not as fast as the real ps1 tekken3
gamespeed
i've install directx9
iso the cd tekken3
p.e.o.p plugins
is there any other way..?
the sound off
what seems to be the problem? is it my processor or my videocard?
and off the subject i been wondering if the pentium3 can gain 1ghz processor or more.. 1.0+?
or/and my pc can have a 256mb or 512 sdr memory in one slot?
or having the latest geforce for the video card?.
.can my pc detect those??
my pc memory are (128/64/64) total of 256
some ppl said that their older pentium3, does not recognize the 256 memory..and their videocard instead of 32bit ,..the pc recognize it only having 16bit
others said that the solution is a digital monitor to recognize the 32bit
i don/t have probelms with the video card 32bit.. problems are will my pc detect the latest vcard? and my memory
i really can't tell which one is telling the truth because their both college dropouts
and knew only how to play the game and drink beers
thx guys you help me a lot

I'm not sure if have understood it right, but if you lower the color depth plugins output to 16bit the emulator will run much faster

Processor and Graphic card are both important not only memory. I did try using my friend's PC with these specs.
Pentium 4 3GHz
256MB
GeForce MX200/400
Results? Slow! So, I had to speed up the game by setting the FPS rate to 80 at the time to make the game master. (Even though the sound music would be 2 times faster than usual but I still like it. :p Well, I was playing Chrono Cross.)
Note :
Did you try the last post I edited above?

For the sound stick with Eternal SPU plugin. Try to enable CDDA and XA sound under sound configruation. :)

P.E.Op.S GPU only give soft on graphics and recommended for users with a slow specs on their PCs.
