I'm sitting here at work talking to a lady one the phone who has moved her Windows taskbar to the top of her monitor and doesn't know how to move it back. She's annoying me to death. Anyone else hate their job?

I worked once. It was rubbish. I did have 7 times more income than I do now, but it was a night job and I had college in the day. I had no time to sleep, ever. This job lasted two days, and I made £90.

i have a job which i don't love, but its easy and i get treated well so i can't complain.
i am thinking about getting a second job being an usher at the football, then i will have more money and less time to spend it. i am saving to travel.

not sure, my friend used to work for them, and they are hiring a bunch of people next week.
the perk of the job is they ask you to usher at burswood dome as well - where they hold a few events. my friend got to see pearl jam last year, and the whole rumba tour.

thats if you get to be an usher - if you just collect tickets at the gate, then you may hear but not see

I'm in a band. I guess you could say that's my job. We get paid for playing clubs and stuff.

To be honest I don't REALLY hate my job. I made this thread in the heat of a moment. This lady called in for technical support claiming that installing our Internet software moved her task bar to the top of the screen. Well, this isn't possible at all because our Internet software is just a few web browsers, help files, and FAQ's. We connect our customers via DUN. She was cussing me over stupid shit like her connection speed. I was trying to explain to her that anything she got over 40 kbps was a fine connection. She was already connecting at almost 50 kbps if I remember correctly. She really pissed me off. I could not explain to her how to drag the damn task bar down to the bottom of her screen and she'd stop trying every so often to bitch about connection speed, SPAM, pop ups and so forth. I usually enjoy my job because I can surf the net and I like to talk to people and help them.

I never had a job but I do enjoy buying merchandise and reselling it to stoners for absured prices. That is how I make my income. That and jumping people then stealing their wallets. You don't know adreneline until you jump someone. Of course it can go wrong sometimes but all you have to do is bring a friend with you.
Can I get some cookies too. White chocolate macadamian nut if you can.

Macadamia Cookies
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped dry roasted macadamia nuts
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie
sheets. Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time then stir in the vanilla. Gradually blend in the sifted ingredients. Mix in the white chocolate and semisweet chocolate chips and macadamia nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to
a wire rack to cool completely.
Makes 4 dozen
