It applies to all First Person Shooters, and other games too. It means he made 24 frags (kills), with no death.

I didn&#39;t go through the entire match, I played in a AWP-DISABLED(&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;) dust map, pwned for a few minutes and then left the server. Besides, whether a 24-0 score is good or not depends on the length of a round. It can vary from 25 to 90 minutes, 24-0 in 25 minutes is a fine score.
