NeoRage program error

Whenever my friend trys to run NeoRage she say's she gets a program error that won't let her run it...? She said this didn't happen when she first unzipped it. Anyone know whats going on there?

maybe she should delete it then redownload it NeoRage is getting old why not use mame

Or Kawaks, FBA or Nebula if the emulation speed it's important for you. Every NeoRageX next to 0.6b it's a hack because it's no more developed and the source code it's not available.
