Say if i download a ISO file say theme park will it work on the emulator?

yeah it should work just fine, depending on which emu you are using will determine the quality of the geme i recomend ePSXe

if you want to create your own iso download isobuster through goolge or download.com, and then put the disc in computer and exract the data raw
then you can get any emu from most sites like this one, be sure to get the bios files also

other programs you could try are cdclone or daemon tools.
