when we play emu, we want it fast.... so we frame skip right??
when i frame skip in battle mode, the menu (attack, draw, item, etc) and hp bar disappears! :verysad:

i tried differnt emu's (epsxe, psxeven) also differnt plugins (gpupete'sopengl2, gpu peopsoft). still no affect... maybe wrong configurations?? anyone got any advice or answers?

I'd say better frame limit instead frame skip. With Pete's D3D or OGL (try boith), use the "Nice" settings and set the Framebuffer and set every Compatibility Options (como-boxes) at maximum possible value (the higher number the better).
Peops soft GPU should work almost perfectly

Remember, don't ever to click on Auto-Frame limit if you want to let the game faster.

1. Click on Nice setting on any Pete's GPU plugins.
2. Click on Frame Limit.
3. Set the frame limit to 60 and above (as 60 is considered normal). :cool:

60 for NTSC and 50 for PAL games. Btw, I also said Fream Limit :cool:

lol, fream.

The menu thingy only dissapears in OpenGL mode for me :/
