try a p2p program like limewire or even some warez sites. and next time don't ask for shit like this cuz not only is it copyrighted material your asking for a pirated version.

he said like so hes looking for a language compiler, NOT asking for VB or c++. i don't know of any unless you just want to type up HTML or JAVASCRIPT in notepad
