Does any one know of a good site for seamless textures or a program for creating them?
I need a background for my new banner..

I use Photoshop for that.

Photohop, Paint Shop Pro, Corel Draw, Image Ready..... and so on.......

And some people still use GIMP or MS Paint for a banner. ;)
