Okay i downloaded MAME. i am a total n00b and i wanna no how to get these damn roms working.I am really confused so please can someone give me a detailed explanation on how to do this?

by the way the version of MAME i have is 097b (win32)

Look for MAME32 or similar under 'Download MAME ports' as it is been added with a friendly GUI. ;)
