I'm trying to download WWF Smackdown for the PS. It is 506 MB and requires a torrent. It takes like 70 hrs to download it. Is there anyway I can speed up this connection or use a torrent you prefer?

port forward UDP and TCP on your router ports 10000-60000, use a bit torrent client that supports capping uploads and cap your upload to 10kb/s

You need to know first if are using a router or not. If you're behind a soft/router firewall need port forward some ports, UDP it's not needed by most bt clients btw, TCP should do the job. Also your upload speed to limit the upload rate. Not every connection would work better with 10 Kb/s. limit, this is good for 128Kbs upload imho, but not for 512.
You need to test with more torrents: The download speed depens from either your upload (set a maximum), download rate and the amount of peers & seeders on the torrent atm. There're many very good faqs about it

I'm using the ABC Torrent now. It's working a bit faster now. It used to take 70 hrs to download, but now it takes a day to 22 hrs. I use MSN DSL. My DL speed is 5.0+KB/s and UL speed is 2.0+. Is this correct or should I keep increasing my speeds? Can I change speeds while the file is being downloaded?
