so do you have to actually have the game cd to play the games on your psx emulator? or can i dl the games like n64 roms..please help iam dumb.. and idont like to be smart either so help me out ill give you a cookie....

You can play with both CD-ROM and ISO. Now hand over the cookie :)

1. Local Video Game Store
2. P2P (Careful as some authorities are taking action lately)
3. eBay
4. Rental (Whether you borrowed from someone or rental game shop)
