I'm not sure what they called, but if you look at the readme file, it says that two of those files go into the main Project64 folder, while the actual plugin goes in the plugin folder.

Mmm... weird...

I got Rice's plugin in a ZIP file and there are only 2 files: DLL and INI file. I just place them in the plugin's folder and they works. But I'd rather the Jabo's one.

You need the following dlls on pj64 folder to make Rice GPU work:

msvcp71.dll
msvcr70.dll
msvcr71.dll

Also others dlls ould necessary to some of the latest versions, but are not available on every release, used for high res textures loading:

BMGLibPNG.dll
BMGlib.dll

The beta releases doesn't have the full Rice Video set. Latest non beta have these files:

BMGLibPNG.dll
HiRezTexture.txt
RiceVideo.dll
RiceVideo6.1.0-Readme.txt
RiceVideo6.1.0.ini

Betas should have at least "RiceVideo.dll", but if the other files are not updated just won't be released again
