Chrono Cross Problem

Hi, im trying to play chrono cross. I searched and read up on the fact that you need epsxe 1.5.2 to be able to view the name change screen at the begining. But i still have the problem of the freezing when i try to view the status screen. The game just completely craps up. If anyone knows how to correct this please let me know. Thanks.

I'd try the Pete's OGL2 plugin. Otherwise PSXeven and SSSPSX (http://www.asahi-net.or.jp/~bz7t-skmt/) work very good with CC.
As for SSSPSX use default input & Cdr plugins, and you'll need to play from an ISO (ISO, CCD-IMG, CUE-BIN). The GPU & SPU would work Pete's, Peops or Eternal.
