Help With Emulator!

OK OK OK OK OK OK OK OK OK, when ever try to run an Emulator on my PSP it says "The Game Could Not Be Started (80020001)" WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?!? Please help! :(

Which PSP you got? Japanese or USA?
If it's USA, it won't work, and the same for Japanese with firmware >1.00. Only PSP's with v1.0 firmware would run emulators.
