here download the emulator from here..
http://rapidshare.de/files/1909796/pspe07.zip.html

remember you have to place any "EBOOT.PDP" file into
\pspe07\ms0\PSP\GAME\

create a folder named SOFT1 or SOFT2 and place eboot.pdb into that directory

im currently running an experiment with this "emulator" but for the most part it its a hoax, i dont know for sure but it looks like 1 to me

Not a hoax. I have it working. The SDL file can be downloaded here (http://www.1emulation.com/odown/details.php?file=121).

I was talking about emus for PSP, not a PSP emulator ;)

Btw, I have read some rumors that v1.50 have been cracked or a exploit found..

Emus for PSP? Yes what I've had working is the SNES9X emu, the InfoNES emu, and the NeoGeo Pocket Emu. I'm told the Famicon emu works on a real PSP, but it doesn't work in PSPE.

I added the SDL library here (http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psp/pspe.html) as well since it is required to run the emulator.

I forgot to add, there is a PC-Engine emulator that runs on the PSP. I cannot test it on PSPE as I don't have any PC-Engine games. Perhaps someone could try it out and tell us if it works...?

I have a couple of pc engine games, but i cant even get the gameboy or the NES emulators to work on the PSPE.
If you tell me how to get it running then Ill be glad to test it

Where do you get the "EBOOT.PDP" file? xD

@baichi I think you might be breaking a rule as the EBOOT.PBP file would probably be considered to be a rom - even though we are talking freeware public-licence software.

@the_ghost - set up your folders like this C:\PSPE\ms0\PSP\GAME

In the PSPE folder you place pspe.exe, SDL.DLL, font.c, MENU.png, README(font).
Under the GAME folder, create subfolders, one for each demo/game that you want to run. Maximum folders = 30.
In a folder, place the EBOOT.PBP file which is the actual "rom". Sometimes there may be other needed files as well.

The NES emulator you want is called InfoNES. Make a folder called InfoNES, place the EBOOT.PBP in there, together with some .NES games

Start PSPE, use the up-down arrows to select InfoNES, press Enter. You get a "rom selector". The highlighted folder is red. Use the up/down keys to choose a folder or file. Press D to select it. Navigate to your .NES file, and select it. You get another screen with Japanese writing. Press D, and it will run. You need a very fast PC.

For the GB/GBC games, you must use RIN v1.0 - none of the later versions work. The "rom selector" works the same way as above.

I dont know I cant pc-engine to run on pspe ( but i think it works on the real psp [v1.0])

The splash screen works for me, but without a rom I cannot proceed.

A couple of new emus for PSP has come out, both first releases so don't expect much.

SMS 0.1 - runs Sega Mega System and Game Gear
HitBit 0.0 - runs MSX games

As long as it is a free or public licence software it is ok.
