can you copy and play a ps1 rom on ps2

ok lets say you dll a ps1 rom can you copy that rom to a cd-r and play it on a unmodded ps2 since the ps2 can run ps1 games or do you NEED to mod your ps2?

u need a chipped ps2 man.... so no u cant burn ps1 games and play em on a ps2

aw man i was hopeing to hear the oppasite of that but whatever im not going to waste 15$ when i can play ps1 games on my pc with no problems.thanks for the info though oh and you should get back in school lol :happy:

You can use a cd loader such as any old PSX Action Replay or the newer Breaker Pro.

so can you use a cd loader for ps2 roms too and how do you turn a rom zip file too a cd compatible whatever
