Question about trading between systems..(pokemon)

Is there anyway I could trade between two roms..like run two versions of the rom & trade between each other?? just wondering, help would be appreciated.

Are you talking about GB or GBA?

For GBA, check this thread (http://forums.emulator-zone.com/showthread.php?t=1048), you'll need VBA Link (http://vbalink.wz.cz/). Not every games work though

For GB/GBC, the only emulator capable of link gaming it's TGB Dual (http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/gameboy/tgbdual.html)
