does anyone know a program that can convert your game videos from virtuanes over to be played on media player?

hmm i think its possible ...oh well how about a walkthrough or video on how to do the infinite life koopa glitch on super mario 1?

I mean a direct convertion it's not possible, as the recorded dat it's only Ram dump + input data, but off course you can capture somehow the emulator video output and make a video. Don't ask me how to do that, though :p


Perphaps frame by frame screenshots then make a slideshow? :D

... :glare: i dunno see im trying to make a video showcasing all of the errors in video games in the past and i want to have it finished before the nextgen systems are released. ive already got a little bit of video from ps1 and from n64. but the video i have of nes is crucial. also i need to record sega and snes. i used fraps for n64 and ps1 so i guess tonight i'll try that for sega and snes but im about 65% sure it wont work for nes.the video will be broken up like this:

1. funny/strange moments in game history
2. glitches/crashes
3. video games that flopped.

hey i got fraps to work on virtuanes. its kinda choppy and if you record the audio it makes the whole thing seem horrible. without audio however it seems okay. all i did was go into my graphics options, make the screen fit to scale,changed the resolution to 1024x7-- (i forgot those last 2 digits), sync drawing, and click on the other box (just b/c it seemed right i dont know if this option did anything at all :laugh: )then in full screen mode with fraps running i could record the game. it lags balls but that was okay because i was making it off of a pre-recorded video that i made yesterday.overall it came out pretty good and i plan to make many more to go into my glitch video :laugh:
