All games can be played in Nebula, Kawaks, FBA and MAME if you can compile/edit them.

Due to the fact the current emulators given cannot listed the NeoGeo games or Arcade games which is under 2 years using the MAME rules. Since the source is available for you to make your own version by adding the games you wanted, you have to compile it, especially MAME and FBA. While Nebula and Kawaks, you need to look for loader which would enable the 'banned' games become available. NeorageX is still could be play those games but was hacked by numerous people and the graphics of the game is not as good as it seemed.
Eitherway, you may want to look for NeoMAME32 which includes all the NeoGeo games available but with one problem though. Some of the roms you found may not listed under NeoMAME32 due to different CRC sets.
Anyway, you may want to ask more if you are still uncertain.
