ePSXe Runs Too Fast!!

For some odd reason, ePSXe runs waaay to fast on my computer... Intro movies and the game itself play too fast to be able to do anything.

Anyone know what the problem could be or how I can fix this?

EDIT: Nevermind, I was stupid and didn't see the sticky thread... :o
