How do I run PS1 games on a modded Xbox?

Hi,

The xbox is chipped and fully loaded with EvoX and several emulators including the PS1 emulator.

I've got some PS1 games on their original CDs(some are not so original).

Is it possible to play these games straight from the CD or do I need to download a "cracked" copy and transfer onto the hard drive.

but y would u want to run ps1 games on an xbox? y not on a ps2 or ur comp?

maby he doesnt have/want a ps2, and maby his pc is to crappy to run psx games. i dont know for sure but it sounds like it would be able to run the games. if nothing else he could at least try. i dont think it would hurt the system.

Hi, I don't have a PS2 but my PC is a 2.8Gig P4 with 512 RAM.

Does anyone know what I have to do to run PS1 games on an Xbox?

i dont think anyone here has tried playing it on xbox. maby searching google can give you better awnsers.

however your pc is good enough to run them off of it. all you need is epsxe or psx even (emulators) the required plugins, and a bios file. (sorry we cant give you location of bios files try google!)

Maybe if you get Linux to work and use a PSX emulator for Linux. ;)
