You might be luckier with Pete's Open GL plugin. ;)

Thanks for the advice
the plug-in fixed the graphics but now the game is very slow(even with frame-skip turned on).

So I tried playing the game on PSXeven and for some reason
it runs an looks just like it does on my playstion(almost)
but I dont like this emulator because I have to use a keyboard controls
to play it.

Do you know of a way that I can use my joypad with this emulator?

Some of the keypad plugins can support gamepad/joypad, but don't sure which one.
PLEASE DISREGARD THE MESSAGE IN THE SPIOLER ABOVE AS I HAVE SOLVED MY PROBLEM (THANKS TO THE STICKEYS)
ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS DO SOME READING AND VISIT PETES WEBSITE

THANKS FOR THE HELP

IT RUNS LIKE A DREAM NOW

yeah i agree
but if i show you an in-game screen of what it looked like before
you would say its a major improvement

im willing to sacrifice a little blurryness for gameplay. :D
