You might try ISOproducer (http://www.aldostools.com/isoproducer.html), it's easy and free. You need Pete's / Peops CDr Plugin (http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/psx/psxplugins-tools.html) in your ePSXe (http://www.epsxe.com/) (the best PSX emu) plugins folder.
Other options are CdrWin, CloneCD, Nero or Alcohol120%, but are commercial applications.

You need to install Adaptec ASPI Layer (http://download.adaptec.com/software_pc/aspi/aspi_v472a2.exe) (or ForceASPI (http://members.fortunecity.com/forceaspi18/) the better), or select IOCTRL in Peops/Pete Plugin in win 2k/XP only before do anything.
Pete's/Peops plugin can auto detect the read mode when you have a PSX disc inserted in your CD/DVD-ROM Drive (select your drive first).
Hope it helps this time :)

Already post (http://forums.emulator-zone.com/showpost.php?p=28294&postcount=2). Thanks anyway :)
The best imho it's mount the image via Daemon Tools (www.daemon-tools.cc), so you don't need to care about the compatibilty of the used format ;)
