edit games for PS2 with comp

i want edit (remake) a game for playstation2 (winning eleven 8 soccer) does anyone know what software to use pliizz I need help :(

If you are saying that you want to convert the ps2's dvd disc for computer format, thats impossible.

The only way to play ps2 games is with a ps2 emulator but the ps2 emulator is still under development. 99% of the games will not work or only play at very slow fps.
