I am using ePSXe v. 1.6.0, and I just figured out that I had to check the box beside MDEC to get the sound to play during FMV's... Well doing this gave me sound, however the sound flickers and the FMV's play slow... I would copy my settings from the clipboard way that people talk about, except I can't find that option under config  Can anyone lend me a hand with some pointers?
Video plugin: Pete's Open GL Driver 1.75
Sound plugin: Null2's Audio Driver 1.3
Cdrom plugin: ePSXe CDR WNT/W2K core 1.5.2.
Any help at all is greatly appreciated!

I'd recommend trying Eternal SPU 1.30 Sound Plugin. It's not perfect but it seems to handle the FMV on my games just fine (and I use the same Video and CD Drivers as you). I'd be curious what your computer specs are, ie. processor, video & sound card, etc...

Well I got a message from Pete Bernert asking him about my problem, and he said, and I quote, "The movies (MDEC) need a constant 50 FPS (PAL) or 59.94 FPS (NTSC) framerate. Not faster, not slower, otherwise the sounds will crack." So now I need to figure how to set my FPS... Anyways, here are my specs copied from the clipboard, so if anyone can help, I'd greatly appreciate it!

Try to use PeteD3D graphic plugin if your game runs slower.
Also, try to set the auto framerate off and set the framelimit to the actual framerate.
