what is the best disc image maker to backup dreamcast games?

There are two ways to copy original Dreamcast games.

1. Using a real dreamcast and a network adapter. This video seems fairly detailed:

2. Using a PC with the Redump method, which is a bit more complicated. Keep in mind that you will need to find and modify a specific model of PC drive for this method.
