Does anyone Know of some Nintendo DS Emulators that will play...
-> Super Mario 64 DS <- I have the rom but just not an Emulator that will work. ( I have tried both the Emulators that are on this site )

Can Anyone help? Is there an emulator that will play Commirshel ( I suck at spelling ) Games?

Super Mario 64 DS is a fake. You can't emulate it with any NDS-Emulator, but Dualis (Homepage (http://dualis.1emulation.com/)) - an Open-Source Emulator can play some Homegrown Games or Demos. Here a site with some Public Domain-ROMs for NDS (it's totaly legal!!!). www.pd-roms.de
