Missing PS2 emulator on emulator-zone

Hi everyone! I noticed that in the PS2 emulators list the Play! emulator is missing. This is its web page: https://purei.org/
I think it should be added to the list for completeness. This is the first PS2 emulator added to Retroarch :)

Been my fault for ignoring that one as it has been behind PCSX2 in terms of compatibility. But it is a good emulator and the fact that it also exists as a Retroarch core will give it more exposure as time go by and compatibility improves.
