I've made a icon for the Phoenix Emulator Project. It's a Russian emulator, but with a XML file it can be translated into English.

"PhoenixEmuProject.exe" (the emulator executable) has no icon, but there's a file called "logo.png", which is the emulator's icon. I've made a ICO (Windows icon file) from it.

EDIT: New version: 1.1. Changes:
Removed all 256x256 icon sizes except 32-bit.
Different resize method.
More icon sizes. (64x64, 96x96, 128x128 and 192x192)
