Odd issue in Fusion Emulator - Controller and Lunar Silver Star Story

So I haven't noticed this issue in other games as of yet, but when using my Xbox One controller in Fusion (works perfectly normally, btw) and am playing Lunar Silver Star Story, all works fine until I go into the in-game menu. Suddenly I'm unable to move around in the menu. The only things that work are C to select the item it's already on, and b to back out. Directional don't work, and no other button does anything.

Anyone have any idea as to what could be the issue? The direction work to move the character around, etc. I don't see any issues until going into the in-game menu

Resolved this last night. Strange issue, but deleting the ini file seemed to fix it for me.
