I'm having an issue running Sapphire for PC Engine CD on the emulator Turbo Engine. I have the bios files but I get an error in Japanese text saying I don't have the arcade card. I have the arcade card check marked under settings and I still get the same error. Other CD games like Ys seem to work fine.
