you need to be strong by not giving in to the temptation. try doing your chores and after you have finished you can play few rounds as your treat. and as you are playing after a hard day of work you won't have much energy to spare in the game, thus you will spend just the right amount of time playing. by doing this you get two advantages 1) you wont spend your whole day playing games 2)you will get all your chores done.
