If you had a emulator and played a fake game made for the emulator instead of using a real game is it still illegal?Example:Is it legal to play pokemon Chaos Black on a emulator.
Update: Chaos black isnt made from the creators of pokemon

Chaos Black is a romhack of FireRed, those are not really really a fake games, more like unofficial.

There's nothing illegal about using emulators, period. Doesn't matter what games are used.
