Acceptable emulation spec?

Hi everyone

Simple question looking to build a emulation based pc that can run GameCube wii Dreamcast Saturn and below.

What are the acceptable specs for this? Or a rough guide I have a tight ish budget of 200 uk pounds

I do not rummage in this, but I think it is worth digging under Linux + sega emulator Genesis Plus GX or MAME :thumb_up: (https://goldcup.io/ru)

There are no commercial mainboards that fit in that space..your best bet might be to just reassemble one of the smaller Intel NUCs
