Hi. I'm having some speed issues with my emulator. I'm running a VisualBoyAdvance with mainly Pokemon games. My throttle is at zero, my frame skips are all up to date, yet my emulator is stuck at speeds of up to 1000% on average. This, of course, makes the games extremely difficult to play and I'm having issues with things like Sky Pillar in Emerald and Rock Tunnel in Fire Red. Please answer this as quick as possible.
