Games are not booting up when we open the snes9x emulator

Hey I recently visited your website and got an amazing gaming experience in snes9x emulator, but from today when i open the emulator and load the game rom the screen got blank. I also get help from a page (https://www.tricksiq.com/snes-emulator/) on internet but it is not working. SO can you please help me.

download new version of emulator, check your video drivers, check your roms working roms mean verifited have sign [!]
if you have bad dump game will not run or run with errors.
